Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SPF, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and include at least half of the product remaining.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label instantly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
